PCRec Database
PCRec database is an on-line open tool where find available infrastructures dedicated to raw materials recycling, in particular technological (characterization, pre-treatment, materials recovery) and non technological (environmental assessment, business plan) resources. PCRec database aims to facilitate the matching of supply and demand on infrastructures among European organizations, with particular focus on SME, by creating the broader as possible connections between EU enterprises raw materials streams and infrastructures dedicated to their valorisation. The database is also open to European organization for education purposes. Considering also geographical issues, PCRec database reveals as a strategic tool to generate a more sustainable (environmental and economically) raw materials valorisation (reuse, recycling) and management.
